7.4.1 Community Door-to-Door Mobilization Campaign — January 2027 — Conduct lawful community-level voter contact and final election reminders through the budgeted polling-unit structure.
7.4.2 Community Door-to-door distribution of pre-election day welfare and mobilization — January, 2027 and February, 2027 — Distribute pre-election day campaign welfare and mobilization items door-to-door.
7.4.3 Election-Day Operations — January–February 2027 — Deploy polling-unit canvassers and operate reporting/monitoring, situation-room and rapid-response coordination systems.
7.4.3 Post-Election Review & Consolidation — February 2027 — Conduct evaluation meetings, lessons-learned review and institutional strengthening.
