TAGSO operates through a structured political mobilization system designed for statewide reach and effective coordination.

Tier 01

Board of Trustees

Provides strategic oversight, institutional credibility, stakeholder engagement, fundraising support, and advisory guidance.

Tier 02

State Leadership Structure

Coordinates the overall operations of the organization through the Chairman, Director General, and key directorates.

Tier 03

Zonal Coordinators

Coordinate activities across the Northern, Central, and Southern zones of Adamawa State.

Tier 04

Local Government Structures

TAGSO will operate across the 21 Local Government Areas of Adamawa State, each managed by a 15-Member Local Executive Committee and a 5-Member team of Local Government Critical Stakeholders.

Tier 05

Ward Structures

Ward teams coordinate community-level mobilization and voter engagement, each managed by a 15-Member Ward Executive Committee and a 3-Member team of Ward Critical Stakeholders.

Tier 06

Polling Unit Structures

Polling Unit teams serve as the frontline voter-contact and election mobilization platform, composed of a 17-Member Unit Executive Committee and a 3-Member team of community elders.
